As many of you know we at Pyramid Parts have been challenged with a growing market, and meeting the ever increasing demand for Pyramid Parts to satisfy our mining customers. In keeping with this directive, it has become necessary to ensure that our organization is properly positioned to support this growth. As a result I am pleased to announce the following changes effective immediately:
Product Support Managers, Ken Wachowski (Southern Region FL, TX, and Southwest Ops), Pete Steffen (Western Ops), Ken Shipta (Appalachia, Iron Range, and Eastern Canada), Grahame Player (Australasia, South Africa, China), and Joe Marx (Latin America and Northern Africa).
Responsibilities for Product Support managers are to assist in the success of MinePro account managers worldwide through the development of new products; gear and machine audits, inventory management, quoting assistance, business plan development, and the promotion of the Used Parts & Equipment business.
Mike Knezevic has been promoted to Manager of Engineering and Mike Thomas now leads Pyramids’ Quality Assurance initiatives. In these roles Mike and Mike now report to Bob Peters.
